How It Works
1. Give out a referral certificate
Write your full name, address, and phone number on the printed certificate and give it to a new customer. They must present this certificate at the time of their estimate.
2. New customer saves instantly
New first-time customers can use one certificate toward their first flooring project. Certificates help them save on combined product and installation.
3. You earn voucher rewards
After the referred customer’s installation is complete, we mail you your reward voucher directly. You can earn $50 vouchers for smaller projects and $100 vouchers for larger projects. Start collecting them today — the more referrals you make, the more vouchers you earn.
Voucher & Certificate Rules
Referral certificates are valid for new customers / new households only.
Only one certificate may be used per new customer / household project.
Certificates can be used on some, but not all, promotional pricing or special sales. Eligibility is determined at our discretion.
Reward vouchers (earned after your referral’s installation) may be applied toward future flooring projects with these limits:
Up to 30% of the project total may be paid with vouchers
Certificates and vouchers may only be applied toward projects that include both product AND installation combined.
They cannot be used for product-only or installation-only purchases.
This is a new program, and terms may change at any time at our discretion.
